Erin Riswold
Erin started her career hoping to spend her time with clients she respected, on matters she thought were important. Probate fulfilled those requirements. She is humbled to work with clients where she can help wrap up the legal aspect of a person's life.
Erin earned her B.A. from UC Davis in 2014 and graduated Valedictorian from McGeorge School of Law in May 2018, where she earned her J.D. She loves spending time with her two dogs.

Tim Riswold
After graduating college, Tim wanted to go to law school. He also wanted Erin, his wife, to join him. He dreamed of opening a law practice with her. There was a roadblock: Erin did not want to go to school anymore. After much persuasion and arm twisting, Tim convinced her to join him in attending law school. Much to his surprise, and her delight, she quickly showed her ability to outshine him and the rest of the class. Tim considers himself lucky to work with his wife, who has the sharpest legal mind he knows (and lucky he had her as a study partner in law school!)
Tim practices Probate law.
He received his B.A. from UCLA, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He received his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 2018 with Great Distinction, and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
