We are attorneys dedicated to providing probate services in a way that we would want. Our goal is to make the process convenient for you by providing these services through remote channels. We work exclusively by phone, email, and video conferencing.
Our Easy Process
You contact us. We gather some preliminary information about you, such as your preferred method of communication and the situation requiring our services. We send you a questionnaire for you to fill out online and schedule a time for you to meet with an attorney, via phone or video conference. At the meeting, we will go over your questions, and explain everything you need to know. We will then begin drafting documents. When they are ready, we will send you them by mail, email, or DocuSign for your signature. From there, we start handling matters with the court for you. This includes attending necessary court hearings and filing all the proper documents. If you have questions during this period, your attorney will be available to you via phone or email during normal business hours. There is no mystery to Probate when you work with us. We are here to answer your questions and to explain everything along the way. Once the court process starts, we will keep you updated for all important matters. We will prepare and handle all final documentation with the court in order to complete the probate process. And all of this can be done remotely, without you ever having to leave your house.
