If you hire us, you will meet with an attorney by phone or video conference. Your probate documents will be drafted and reviewed by attorneys, and only attorneys. Any documents that require your review and signatures will be sent to you in the most convenient method possible for you, whether that be by mail, email, or DocuSign. Plus, if you have questions along the way, an attorney will always be available to you during normal business hours by phone or email.

Living Outside of California?

Many people believe they must appear in person for court hearings or to sign deeds. With our remote process, we handle the court appearances for you, and use secure digital signatures for all paperwork.

Remote work

We provide probate services to clients all over California. Our ideal clients are those who prefer working remotely and are comfortable meeting and communicating by phone, email, and video conferencing. This allows our clients to handle important matters from their home or work place. It also allows us to speed the notoriously slow probate process as much as we can.
