We are California lawyers who provide virtual probate services. As a remote law firm, our clients are based all around California. We assist clients who don’t have the time or the desire to attend court hearings and office meetings in person. Our clients prefer to handle matters over the phone, by email, and by video conference. We also routinely help clients who live out of state who find it a necessity to work with lawyers who efficiently handle probates remotely.

If you hire us, you will meet with an attorney by phone or video conference. Your probate documents will be drafted and reviewed by attorneys, and only attorneys. Any documents that require your review and signatures will be sent to you in the most convenient method possible for you, whether that be by mail, email, or DocuSign. Plus, if you have questions along the way, an attorney will always be available to you during normal business hours by phone or email.

Remote work

We provide probate services to clients all over California. Our ideal clients are those who prefer working remotely and are comfortable meeting and communicating by phone, email, and video conferencing. This allows our clients to handle important matters from their home or work place. It also allows us to speed the notoriously slow probate process as much as we can.

If you aren’t comfortable with remote work, that’s okay, we aren’t for everybody.
